Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return of an unused product within 4 days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, it will go through a verification and quality check process. After successful verification, a refund will be initiated for the product amount.
Important Points
Shipping charges are non-refundable, as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
Refunds will be processed as per the applicable guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
The refund may take 7–14 additional business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request customers to record a short video during the unboxing of the package, clearly showing the issue. This helps us verify the concern quickly.
After Verification
We will send the correct product or the right size as a replacement, or
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
